Many sessions will be hosted in The Lab, where industry leaders will unpack the latest innovations influencing the future of coffee. Among these will be:
• Every Ingredient Matters – This panel, led by La Marzocco, will explore how attention to detail boosts quality, supports sustainability and inspires the next generation.
• Scaling sustainably – Also hosted by La Marzocco, this session will see experts share the lessons, pitfalls and practical strategies behind expanding without compromising quality, values or culture.
• The truth about private label coffee’s explosive rise – Löfbergs will use this session to examine why own-label is growing so fast and what this shift means for the wider coffee market.
And returning for 2026 is the ever-popular Latte Art Live stage, which will host the contest to determine the Latte Art Champion as well as demonstrations from latte art stars including Joey Jackson, Connie Dai and Barista Benji.
Baristas from around the world will test their skills in Coffee Masters, a fast-paced knockout tournament that pushes competitors across disciplines from brewing to signature drinks. Four rounds will be held each day on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 May, quarter finals on Saturday 16, and semi-finals on the morning of Sunday 17. The final will be held at 1.15pm on 17 May 2026.
A central highlight is La Marzocco’s Roasters Village, bringing together a line-up of Europe’s best roasters.
