One of Japan’s largest branded coffee chains is making a renewed push into Southeast Asia amid wider plans to ramp up international expansion.

Nagoya-based Komeda’s Coffee is kicking off new outlet growth in the region with a launch in Thailand. Its first store is scheduled to open at Bangkok’s Exchange One commercial and office complex before the end of 2026.
