The award-winning roaster is the latest in a long line of international specialty coffee groups to choose Japan for their first venture abroad

Acclaimed Swedish specialty coffee roaster Drop Coffee Roasters has opened its first international outpost in Japan.

Founded by three-time Swedish Coffee Roasting Champion Joanna Alm Leighton as a coffee bar in 2009, Stockholm-based Drop Coffee began roasting a year later and moved to its flagship roastery in Rosersberg in 2018.
