Tokyo-based Suntory Beverage & Food has been a key retail partner for Starbucks in Japan for over two decades

Starbucks is tapping into Japan’s multi-billion-dollar coffee vending machine market as part of an extended partnership with Suntory Beverage & Food.

The two businesses are long-standing partners, with Tokyo-based Suntory facilitating the launch of Starbucks-branded ready-to-drink (RTD) coffees at Japanese convenience stores in 2005.
