Sweden’s Espresso House is back on the international expansion trail for the first time in eight years.

Having entered Germany in 2018, the JAB Holding-backed coffee chain isn’t pushing further west. Instead, it is seeking new opportunities in the Baltics.

Founded in 1996, Stockholm-based Espresso House is one of the largest branded coffee shop operators in Europe, with more than 500 stores across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Germany.
