Rook Coffee signs lease for new 11,000sq ft HQ and cold brew facility

The US specialty coffee roaster and café chain is ramping up cold brew concentrate production for its direct-to-consumer channel

New Jersey-based Rook Coffee will move to a new 11,000sq ft headquarters and production facility in November 2025.
