Panera Bread appoints leader for newly created tech strategy department

As head of the Office of Transformation & Strategy, Nikka Copeland will be responsible for executing the US coffee and food-to-go chain’s three-year growth plan, as well as supporting initiatives to improve franchisee profitability and enhance customer experience
