The JAB Holding-backed coffee chain has onboarded former Starbucks and Dunn Brothers Coffee executives to lead its real estate and marketing functions as CEO Scott Kennedy seeks to breathe new life into the 34-year-old chain

Minnesota-based Caribou Coffee has added supply chain, marketing, real estate and technology expertise to its executive leadership team.

The JAB Holding-backed coffee chain said the four new additions mark the next step in its organisational realignment under CEO Scott Kennedy, who took the helm in September 2025, and will better position it for long-term success following a period of stagnant growth.
