The Riga-based specialty coffee group has entered a fourth market abroad just 12 months after opening its first international store

In February 2026, Kalve Coffee Co-founder Gatis Zēmanis celebrated the success of the specialty coffee group’s push into Western Europe, saying “we have declared ourselves on the big European stage”.

New financial results for the celebrated Latvian specialty coffee roaster and café chain add weight to his claim, with stores in Estonia, Lithuania and France the driving force behind 52% year-on-year group revenue growth.
