As the specialty coffee group strides into Western Europe following a $1.2m IPO, profitability has become a top priority for the year ahead

From humble beginnings in Riga to the sparkling lights of Paris, Kalve Coffee took its first steps towards becoming a pan-European brand in 2025.

After raising €1.16m ($1.2m) in an IPO in December 2024 to kick-start international expansion, the specialty coffee roaster and café chain entered three European markets in 2025: Estonia, Lithuania and France.
