Sweden’s Espresso House has resumed international expansion with a launch in France as it sharpens its focus on Continental Europe’s travel retail market.
The largest coffee chain in the Nordics, Espresso House operates more than 450 stores across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. France is the JAB Holding-backed chain’s second market in continental Europe, after Germany, where it launched in 2018 and currently operates 49 outlets.
