Odeko eyes new cross-border opportunities with first international acquisition

Montreal-based Nantel McDiarmid is the New York-based hospitality solutions provider’s fourth acquisition of 2026

Odeko has broadened its portfolio of technology and supplier brands with its first international acquisition.

Founded in 2019, Odeko provides technology, operations and delivery solutions across mobile ordering, inventory management and payment infrastructure. The New York-based business partners with more than 30,000 independent coffee and hospitality operators in the US, including Blank Street, Gregorys Coffee, Aroma Joes and Joe Coffee.
