Analysis: Nestlé seeking to offload Blue Bottle Coffee, sources say

The 2017 acquisition of California-based Blue Bottle gave Nestlé a foothold in the specialty coffee segment, but the rumoured sale indicates the investment has not generated sufficient gains as the Swiss food and beverage giant embarks on a major efficiency drive amid severe cost pressures

Swiss food and beverage giant Nestlé is exploring the sale of its stake in Blue Bottle Coffee and working with investment bank Morgan Stanley to facilitate the deal, a report has claimed.
