Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has made a direct challenge to Nestlé with its first major beverage launch since closing the $18bn JDE Peet’s acquisition in April 2026.

The US beverage group has unveiled a new Jacobs cold espresso concentrate range in a bid to tap into rising consumer demand for at-home cold coffee innovation, particularly among Gen Z consumers.
