The Chinese coffee giant is making waves in Europe with discounted beverages, app ordering and beverage innovation

With its heavy discounting and digital-first stores, China’s Cotti Coffee wants to shake up European coffee shop markets.

The Beijing-based coffee chain made its European debut at the end of January 2026 with simultaneous launches in France, Germany and Spain, before opening two stores in London, the UK, at the start of February.

Now, Cotti is gearing up to enter its fifth European market in less than two months.
