1. UK’s Black Sheep Coffee signs major deal for US expansion

Black Sheep Coffee is pursuing its American Dream with a plan to more than triple its US store count.

The UK-based coffee chain made its US debut in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, in September 2024. It has since opened further locations in Austin and Dallas and expanded to Miami, Florida.

Black Sheep now operates six stores across the two southern states.

It is now poised to more than double its US footprint after signing a deal with an existing UK franchisee. Could it be Black Sheep’s best international move yet?
