Black Sheep Coffee’s largest franchisee signs on for 20 more stores

The London-based specialty robusta operator has signed franchise agreements for more than 100 new stores within the last nine months

Glasgow-based SUR Group has signed a new franchise deal to scale Black Sheep Coffee across the North of England and southern Scotland.

SUR signed up as a Black Sheep franchisee in May 2024 before opening its first store in Glasgow in January 2026. It currently operates six outlets across the city, as well as a single site in Ayr on Scotland’s west coast.
