The Miners appoints hospitality entrepreneur to new Strategic Director role

Roman Nikitin has a proven track record of scaling fast casual restaurants and coffee chains and will play a leading role in realising The Miners’ plans for international growth  

Prague-based specialty coffee roaster and café chain The Miners has appointed a Strategic Director to support international growth. 

The Miners opened its first coffee shop in the Czech capital in March 2019 and now operates 13 outlets across its home market and a further 10 across five European markets. The group is scheduled to move to a new roastery and headquarters in Prague in the second quarter of 2026 to cater for increased production demands and drive long-term expansion.
