Twenty-one years after entering the US, Paris Baguette is fast emerging as a major contender in the country’s food-focused café segment.

Having opened more than 70 new stores across the US last year, more than twice as many as its food-focused rivals, the premium bakery-café chain has now hit a new growth milestone with its first US airport location.
