Iconic New York bakery-café chain Levain Bakery has introduced Co-CEO leadership to deliver its next phase of growth.
Founded by Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald on Manhattan’s Upper West Side in 1995, Levain now operates 21 outlets across seven US states. It serves specialty coffee from California’s Canyon Coffee alongside its signature Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies.
