Fresh from raising $21m in its April 2025 IPO, the Jakarta-based coffee chain said Fore Experience will serve a range of single origin Indonesian specialty coffee, highlight barista skill and offer an elevated hospitality experience

Fore Coffee has launched a new concept store, Fore Experience, to showcase Indonesian specialty coffee and offer customers a more immersive hospitality experience.

In a press release, Fore said the larger-footprint store in Panglima Polim, South Jakarta, will serve single origin coffee from some of Indonesia’s most renowned coffee-growing regions, including Aceh Gayo, Bali Kintamani, Gunung Cikuray and Gunung Tilu.

Central to the outlet is a Slow Bar, where Fore’s head baristas will educate customers on each coffee’s origin and flavour profile, as well as the different brewing methods available. Jakarta-based Fore has also partnered with boulangerie chef Aston Adiwijaya to curate a gourmet brunch menu to pair with its coffee, with items including Croissant Eggs Benedict and a Beef Rendang Sandwich.

“Through a more open and immersive venue, we are creating a space where Fore Coffee’s signature creations find their perfect pairings, and our crew brings hospitality to a whole new level,” said Vico Lomar, CEO, Fore Coffee.

The launch of Fore Experience comes a month after Fore raised $21m in an oversubscribed IPO, which valued the coffee chain at Rp 1.6trn ($95m). Fore plans to use nearly 75% of the funds raised for outlet growth in Indonesia, where it currently operates 230 stores. The premium coffee chain, which also has a single international site in Singapore, is seeking to open 140 new stores over the next two years.
