The Retail Food Group-owned coffee chain introduced a new store model last year to streamline in-store transactions and boost customer footfall
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Australia’s Retail Food Group (RFG) unveiled a new store design to boost footfall and improve customer experience across its Gloria Jean’s network in the country.
The revamp streamlines in-store transactions with contactless order kiosks, click & collect and digital screens, while enhancing the efficiency of its delivery and in-store pick-up sales channels.
RFG said the redesign would be rolled out across half of its Gloria Jean’s stores in Australia by the end of June 2026 in a bid to boost footfall, transaction and outlet growth.
