Florida’s Kahwa Coffee relocates corporate headquarters and roastery

The move adds more than 10,000sq ft to the Tampa Bay-based specialty coffee group’s production space as it pursues greater café, DTC and wholesale channel growth

Florida-based specialty coffee roaster and café chain Kahwa Coffee is positioning itself for greater growth after relocating its headquarters and roastery.

Founded in 2006, the independent coffee group currently operates 19 cafés in its home state and two stores in Texas, as well as 26 in-store concessions within Publix Super Markets. It also serves more than 1,000 wholesale clients, including Walt Disney World’s Epcot theme park, Tampa International Airport, the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and the Don CeSar Hotel.
