Colorado-based Einstein Bros. Bagels is planning to accelerate outlet growth across the US, driven by a new, highly scalable, store format.

The Panera Brands portfolio company is one of the largest food-focused operators in the US branded coffee shop market, with 729 sites across 44 US states. The chain, known for its freshly baked, gourmet bagels and double-whipped cream cheese ‘shmear’, has large footprints in Texas, Florida, Colorado, California and Arizona.
