Compass Group to acquire Dutch hospitality and catering operator for €1.5bn

UK-based Compass Group has agreed to acquire Dutch hospitality and catering operator Vermaat Groep B.V. from private equity firm Bridgepoint for approximately €1.5bn ($1.7bn).
