The health-focused coffee chain currently operates a dozen outlets in the US and a handful of sites across the Middle East

California-based Urth Caffé is preparing for its first international venture in nearly a decade.

Founded by Shallom and Jilla Berkman in 1989, Urth Caffé made its international debut in Japan in April 2013 before expanding to the Middle East in 2017.
