The Arkansas-based chain outbid US drive-thru rival Dutch Bros in a targeted two-party auction following Salad and Go’s slide into bankruptcy in August 2026

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved 7 Brew’s $123m bid to acquire dozens of Salad and Go drive-thru locations across the US.

In early September 2026, Arkansas-based 7 Brew successfully challenged an agreement between drive-thru rival Dutch Bros and Salad and Go, which filed for bankruptcy on 5 August 2026, taking the case to a targeted two-party auction. It outbid Dutch Bros’ $105m offer, with a $143.2m bid for 73 sites across Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Oklahoma.
