Colin Morrison

Colin Morrison is the Managing Director of Small Batch Coffee Roasters – a specialty roaster based in Brighton, UK. Morrison has worked in the coffee industry for over 17 years holding roles senior leadership and marketing roles at Tchibo Coffee International and Matthew Algie. Morrison joined Small Batch in 2023.

Petr Kvasnička
Owner, Father's Coffee Roasters
Petr Kvasnička, owner of Czech-based Father’s Coffee Roasters, began his career in cinematography before diving into the world of coffee. Starting with a coffee bike in 2013, Kvasnička before working in Berlin where the foundation for his roastery was laid. Kvasnička founded Father’s in 2018.

Alex Spruce
Sales Director, Löfbergs UK
Alex Spruce started his coffee career in 2013 as a Barista Trainer at Bewley’s Tea and Coffee before working his way up through senior Sales and Account Management roles. Spruce joined Löfbergs UK in 2017 and now holds the role of Sales Director, responsible for driving the business’ wholesale and retail growth.
