One of only five branded coffee chains currently operating in Iceland, Brauð & Co is now poised to expand its market share

Less than a month after bringing convenience store chain Spar to Iceland, Reykjavík-based retail group Drangar has acquired popular bakery-café chain Brauð & Co for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2016, Brauð & Co operates eight outlets across the Icelandic capital and is one of only five branded coffee chains currently operating in the Nordic country.
