The UK food-to-go and coffee chain has made a positive start to 2026 after shelving some of its less profitable ventures

After moving to streamline operations and assess its value proposition last year, Pret A Manger has reported positive trading update for the first four months of 2026.

The London-based food-to-go and coffee chain posted a fourth consecutive annual profit last year, according to newly filed Companies House accounts, with operating profit for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025 reaching £37m ($49.5m).
