Podback expands coffee capsule recycling to over 200 Co-op supermarkets

Non-profit Podback currently works with more than 1,500 retail sites and 260 local authority recycling centres to improve coffee capsule recycling rates in the UK

UK supermarket chain Co-op has rolled out coffee capsule recycling points to more than 200 of its sites following a successful trial with non-profit Podback.

Podback was set up by European F&B giants Nestlé and Jacobs Douwe Egberts in April 2021 to boost coffee capsule recycling rates in the UK.
