The theme for European Coffee Symposium 2025, Allegra’s flagship B2B coffee and hospitality event, is ‘Navigating the New World Order: The Future of Europe’s Coffee & Hospitality’.  

The 2025 event, co-located with COHO, the Coffee & Hospitality Expo, features a packed speaker programme to dissect what’s next for the industry – from building challenger brands and mastering data, to scaling analogue coffee shops in a digital world.
