The Chinese coffee giant has surpassed The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf by outlets and closed the gap on Starbucks in a market that many international coffee chains struggle to crack

When Luckin Coffee took its first step overseas in Singapore in March 2023, its CEO Guo Jinyi said the brand would ‘inject new vitality’ into the local coffee shop market.
