The specialty coffee operator has scaled its presence in the City of London with a new outlet in one of the UK capital’s most recognisable thoroughfares

London-based Rosslyn Coffee has opened a new outlet in the city’s bustling Square Mile financial district.

Founded in 2018 by former Caravan Coffee employees James Hennebry and Mat Russell, Rosslyn is one of the UK capital’s standout coffee venues and now operates 10 boutique stores across the City of London.

Its latest outlet is located on the historic Cheapside thoroughfare by St Paul’s Cathedral.
