São Paulo-based AmPm will launch the US donut and coffee chain in Brazil within the next 12 months via a network of standalone outlets and product distribution across its 1,800 convenience stores

Krispy Kreme will enter a joint venture with São Paulo-based convenience store chain AmPm Comestíveis Ltda (AmPm) to open stores in Brazil.
