London-based specialty coffee group Hagen has always traded heavily on its Danish roots – from drawing inspiration from Copenhagen’s famous Tivoli amusement park for its Mayfair next-generation espresso bar, to its håndkaffe pourover coffees and authentic kanelsnegl cinnamon buns.
It is now leaning further into its Danish roots with the addition of Sebastian Quistorff to its leadership team.
