With refreshed branding and a new focus on higher dwell-time trade, Flash Coffee is seeking to regain momentum after a turbulent 18 months of store closures and market exits

Indonesia’s Flash Coffee has raised $3m to accelerate the roll-out of its new store model. Introduced in January 2025, the new design marks a departure from the brand’s eye-catching yellow branding and focus on take-away trade.
