The news comes just a few months after the US coffee giant signed a master franchise agreement to re-enter Canada
US coffee giant Dunkin’ is returning to Puerto Rico after a 12-year absence.
Massachusetts-based Dunkin’ first launched on the Caribbean island in 2001 as part of a franchise agreement with Wometco Donas Inc., expanding to 18 outlets.
However, it exited the market in 2014 following a legal dispute with Wometco over unpaid franchise fees.
