Becca McIntyre joined the US coffee chain in May 2025 and has already overseen the launch of a new cold brew range across its 87 stores
Utah-based Beans & Brews Coffeehouse has appointed Becca McIntyre as its new Vice President of Supply Chain and Culinary.
In a press release, Beans & Brew said McIntyre brings vast experience in culinary development and operational strategy to the role and will primarily focus on menu innovation across its 87 stores.
McIntyre, who joined the company in May 2025, has already spearheaded the launch of an upgraded cold brew range, which includes new cocoa haze, caramel sea salt and crème brûlée flavours. The launch contributed to cold brew sales doubling over the last two months, Beans & Brew said on LinkedIn.
“I’m thrilled to help shape the next evolution of our menu, focusing on high-quality, craveable offerings that are both exciting for customers and executable for our operators. It’s about elevating every part of the food and beverage experience,” McIntyre said.
In addition to culinary development, McIntyre will also oversee Beans & Brews’ supply chain with responsibility for sourcing, vendor relationships and inventory processing. The US coffee chain is seeking to strengthen supply chain management ahead of planned outlet growth, with over 100 new franchised stores currently in development across the US.
“Becca brings the perfect combination of culinary creativity, operational discipline, and leadership. Her work is already improving our menu and boosting unit-level profitability,” added Doug Willmarth, CEO, Beans & Brews.
A chef by trade, McIntyre held the same Vice President of Supply Chain and Culinary position at her previous employer, Mongolian Concepts Restaurant Group, between 2015-2025. The Texas-based quick-service group operates the Genghis Grill, bd’s Mongolian Grill and Flat Top Grill fast-food brands.
