Haryana-based Barista has outlined a two-pronged growth strategy as it vies with Indian branded coffee shop market leader, Tata Starbucks.

With both operators reaching 500 stores within two months of each other, the race for dominant market share is virtually neck-and-neck between India’s two largest coffee chains.
