Switzerland-based Hemro Group has added new direct sales and service providers for its Mahlkönig, Anfim and HeyCafé coffee grinder brands as part of ‘a new chapter of growth in the US’.

Through the addition of new partnerships, Hemro aims to target more commercial customers across the US market, which the company says is a strong driver of growth for its products.

The group’s new US sales partners include Seattle’s largest commercial espresso service provider, Visions Espresso Service, coffee machine suppliers Congruent Services and The Espresso Specialist, as well as coffee equipment repair company Black Rabbit Service Co.

Each partner will take over responsibility for parts, grinders, burrs and customer service within the US, according to a press release.

“We are proud to see our vision for the American market being brought to life,” says Hemro Group Chief Sales Officer, Ziya Boro.

“Through these new partners our comprehensive grinder portfolio of Mahlkönig, Anfim and HeyCafé will gain a greater reach, through regional support, in the US market; a strong driver of growth for the entire group,” Boro added.

The company says it will continue to collaborate with existing sales partner Gary Horne Grinding & Brewing Solutions.

Hemro Group comprises the Mahlkönig, Ditting, Anfim and HeyCafé coffee grinder brands, which are manufactured in Germany, Switzerland, Italy and China respectively. Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, Hemro has offices across the US and Asia, and currently has 150 sales and service partners around the world.
