In this conversation Peter discusses the importance of building a global coffee community and how the industry can use science and knowledge sharing to adapt to change and prepare for the unexpected.

Peter Giuliano is the Executive Director at the Coffee Science Foundation and Chief Research Officer at the Specialty Coffee Association where he leads the organisations research and scientific investigation divisions. Giuliano has over 30 years experience in the coffee industry - starting life as a barista in Southern California before becoming Co-owner of South Carolina-based roaster Counter Culture Coffee, where he helped build their direct sourcing model.
