Ian Happ is an award-winning Major League Baseball Player with the Chicago Cubs and a Partner at Connect Roasters. Happ made his MLB debut in 2017 and won the Gold Glove award in 2022. In 2020 Happ invested in Connect Roasters to help raise money for local communities and for Covid-19 relief funding.

Principal Lecturer, University of Hertfordshire

Dr Lindsy Kass is Principal Lecturer on the BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Degree Programme at the University of Hertfordshire. Kass has a background in exercise physiology and is a Registered Nutritionist and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science.
