Roland Horne founded WatchHouse, a London-based specialty coffee chain, in 2014, having prior and extensive experience in running small to medium sized businesses. Horne holds directorships in the fields of properly and management, an MSc Economic History from the LSE and is currently studying for his Exec MBA at Oxford University.

Will Kenney

Will Kenney

Commercial Director, 200 Degrees

Will Kenney is Commercial Director for 200 degrees, a UK-based chain of 15 specialty stores with locations across Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham and Cardiff. Kenney is an experienced account manager and sales professional with over 20 years in the coffee industry having previously worked for  Matthew Algie and UCC UK&I.

John Thompson

John Thompson

Co-owner, Artisan Roast

John Thompson is co-owner of Scotland’s Artisan Roast, a chain of specialty coffee shops, roastery and coffee lab in Edinburgh. Thompson has extensive coffee industry experience starting out as a coffee buyer for Taylors of Harrogate in the mid-90s. Thompson is also founder of Coffee Nexus, a coffee consultancy and training school.
