Myles Shapcott appointed CCO for Volcano Coffee Works and Assembly Coffee

Parent company Full Steam Espresso said the former Origin Coffee Commercial Director will strengthen its commercial capabilities and play a key role in the growth of its brand portfolio

London-based Full Steam Espresso has appointed Myles Shapcott as Chief Commercial Officer for its specialty coffee roasters Volcano Coffee Works and Assembly Coffee.

The appointment marks a return to Full Steam Espresso for Shapcott who served as Head of Commercial for Assembly Coffee and Head of Sales and Business Development for Volcano Coffee Works 2017-2019. Most recently, he worked for Cornwall-based specialty roaster Origin Coffee, most recently as Commercial Director.

In a press release Full Steam Espresso said Shapcott’s senior commercial experience and ‘track record of success’ will further cement its strong standing in the UK specialty coffee market.
