JAB Holding appoints José Cil as Chairman of café brand portfolio

The former Restaurant Brands International CEO will drive a new era of growth across the private equity group’s Panera Bread, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Caribou Coffee, Pret A Manger and Espresso House coffee chains 

JAB Holding Company has appointed former Restaurant Brands International (RBI) CEO José Cil as Chairman of its global café brand portfolio, which comprises the Panera Bread, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Caribou Coffee, Pret A Manger and Espresso House coffee chains.
