Opening a sales, support and training hub in Singapore brings the premium Swiss coffee machine group closer to fast-growing branded coffee markets in the region and adds to showrooms in Shanghai, Tokyo, Melbourne and New Delhi

Swiss coffee machine manufacturer Franke has opened a new flagship showroom in Singapore to meet rising demand for premium coffee solutions across Southeast Asia.

The Tai Seng Exchange site will serve as a sales, support and training hub for the region and will offer greater support to clients across the hospitality, foodservice, convenience and workplace industries. The showroom will also offer clients direct access to Franke’s latest product launches, including its New A Line fully automatic bean-to-cup machines – which it has launched in Southeast Asia for the first time.

Franke, which already serves the wider Asia Pacific region via showrooms in China, Japan, Australia and India, highlighted Southeast Asia as a fast-growing and strategically important region for the brand.

“Singapore plays a strategic role for us as a gateway to Southeast Asia, and this flagship showroom reflects our long-term commitment to the region,” says Stefan Niederberger, Vice President Asia Pacific, Franke Coffee Systems.

World Coffee Portal research found that 17 of the 18 branded coffee shop markets featured in the Project Café East Asia 2026 report achieved net outlet growth over the past 12 months, with 11 achieving double-digit store growth. China was the fastest growing among the major markets featured, expanding 31.5% year-on-year to surpass 29,000 sites, while Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia were among those to post double-digit outlet growth.
