Le Paris Café Festival bridges the gap between the new-wave craft coffee movement and France’s established traditional espresso culture 



With more than 6,000 visitors expected in 2021 – including coffee lovers, professional baristas and espresso bar owners – Le Paris Café Festival showcases the diversity of the industry and is an unmissable event for industry professionals and consumers alike. 
 
With a dedicated industry day followed by a full weekend of coffee celebration, the festival offers numerous opportunities for exhibitors to engage directly with key stakeholders, coffee bar owners, foodservice operators, barista and coffee loving consumers. Le Paris Café Festival hosts an exciting line-up of competitions and stages features including Latte Art Live, Coffee Mixologists™, Roast Masters™ and the Global Coffee Festival – the world largest virtual coffee event.
 
What’s happening at Le Paris Café Festival 2021
 
Cup Tasters French Championship
The Paris Café Festival will host the Cup Tasters French Championship in collaboration with SCA France. Competitors will have to demonstrate world-class skills, specialty coffee knowledge, speed and talent to win the title. 
 
Coffee Mixologists™
Some of Paris’ most talented bar teams and hero mixologists will take to the stage to present and showcase the ultimate coffee cocktail, uniquely designed for the Festival and inspired by the city of Paris. Fusing the world of baristas with mixologists, this is a high-octane feature that is at once exciting and educational.
 
Roast Masters™
18 of France and Europe’s most legendary roasters will form the line-up, battling head-to-head for the coveted Roast Masters™ title. The competition, formed of three disciplines taking place over three days, showcases excellence in coffee roasting and espresso blending in a fast-paced, dynamic live setting.
 
Latte Art Live 
Latte Art Live is an interactive zone dedicated to the highly popular skill of latte art with hands-on workshops, demonstrations and latte art throwdowns. 
 
The Roasters Village
A perennial favourite at the festival, The Roasters Village by La Marzocco is back in Paris this year, showcasing the most progressive specialty coffee labels and curators from across France and Europe.
 
Global Coffee Festival Virtual – 29-31 October 2021
After a successful first edition that recorded 124,000 unique visitors globally, this year The GCF Virtual will be staged and broadcast live from Le Paris Café Festival, putting France on the global map. An exclusively curated 12 hour online video stream of content, celebrating coffee & hospitality excellence in 12 of the most exciting coffee cities on earth. Featuring 8 programme channels, The Global Coffee Festival is designed to inspire the most advanced coffee connoisseurs, baristas and professionals, showcasing the best our industry has to offer. Over 90% of Industry visitors watching the first edition had purchasing authority. All virtual events will also be available to watch later on-demand via The GCF TV platform.
