Biggby Coffee appoints MMB to boost digital marketing

Boston-based media agency MMB will tap into Biggby Coffee’s ‘unique differentials’ to enhance brand recognition as the coffee chain seeks to accelerate its US outlet growth

Michigan-based Biggby Coffee has enlisted Boston-based marketing agency MMB to improve its brand affiliation and digital marketing across the US. 

Biggby Coffee currently operates 350 stores across the US, primarily in the states of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin. 

In October 2022 the coffee chain set a goal of reaching 1,000 US outlets by 2028

MMB Managing Partner Chad Caufield said the agency will tap into and showcase Biggby Coffee’s ‘unique differentials’, including its direct-trade model with coffee farmers and ‘progressive workplace culture’. 

The marketing firm, which primarily focuses on digital, social media and online video content, will also work with Biggby Coffee to determine ‘the best path forward’ with media planning and buying.

MMB’s lists Japanese car manufacturer Toyota, US supermarket chain Hannaford and fast-food chain Subway among its current clients.
