India’s Roastea partners with BigTrunk Communications to boost digital reach

The Mumbai-based digital marketing agency will deliver social media management, digital campaigns, influencer marketing and content creation for the self-serve beverage and café business

Indian self-serve, vending and café business Roastea has appointed BigTrunk Communications as its new digital marketing agency. 

The agreement includes social media, digital campaigns, influencer marketing and content creation to boost online traffic for Roastea’s B2B and B2C channels. 

Founded in 2019, Roastea operates a 1,000-unit self-serve coffee network across India alongside a vending units and a 12-store café business.

“As we embark on a path of ambitious expansion with plans to launch 20 new outlets in 2023, finding the right digital ally was paramount. BigTrunk’s expertise in crafting captivating narratives and innovative strategies aligns perfectly with our vision,” said Roastea co-founder Chaitanya Bhamidipaty. 

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Mumbai, BigTrunk Communications has clients spanning the automotive, health and hygiene, retail, pharmaceutical and media industries. 

Roastea’s self-serve coffee and tea machine network is present in offices, airports and hospitals across 17 Indian cities.  

In August 2023, the vending solutions and café business announced plans to roll out 1,500 vending machines over the next year to reach 2,500. Ahmedabad-based Roastea has a longer-term goal of reaching 5,000 machines by 2025.
